To reach SoO Enterance use the portal in Orgrimmar/Stormwind to The Jade Forest, and head towards the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.
If you are a mage, you can teleport to the Shrine of Two Moons (Horde) or the Shrine of Seven Stars (Alliance).
Once in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, head towards the Mogu’shan Palace right at the center of the Vale.
Enter the instance below the sha fountain at the bottom.
