How do you get Bloodgazer Hatchling?
The Bloodgazer Hatchling is a unique pet in World of Warcraft. To obtain this battle pet, you’ll need to follow several steps that involve finding a particular World Quest and finding the hatchling:

Find the Bloodgazer Swarm World Quest: This quest is randomly available in Azsuna, one of the zones in the Broken Isles. The World Quests rotate daily, so you might need to check back every day if it’s not available.

Kill the Bloodgazer Matriarch: Once the World Quest is active, buy an item called Azsunian Grapes and head to Azsuna. You will find the Bloodgazer Matriarch within the World Quest area. You’ll need to kill this NPC.
