Violet Proto-Drake Mount was added to the game during Wrath of the Lich King expansion in 2008.

• Brewmaster – available during Brewfest, this event is up always around the end of September.
• Merrymaker – available around Christmas during the Feast Of Winter Veil event in WoW.

Overall, the unlocking process is lengthy. Each even requires you to complete a handful of tasks for each one of the achievements above.
